The Centre for Research on Group Processes is primarily a research centre which acts as an Australasian focus for the study of social psychological phenomena that are mediated, influenced, or produced by group membership. Its mission is the development, application and dissemination of social psychological theory and research on the interaction of social-cognitive, social interactive, and socio-structural processes in the production of intergroup, group, and group-mediated phenomena.
