Come to Indigenous Mental Health Day! A professionally valuable (and free) workshop to be held this Thursday!

 

Psychology staff and students are invited to the Fourth Annual Indigenous

Mental Health and Wellbeing Day-an initiative of the Aboriginal and Torres

Strait Islander Studies Unit and the School of Psychology.

The day involves presentations and a workshop aimed at developing skills to

engage positively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

In addition to formal presentations the day will provide the opportunity for

discussion with senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Unit staff on

issues raised.

Participation in this training workshop will be recognised with a Certificate from

the School of Psychology.
