The Parents Under Pressure Group Program is a new parenting program for parents who are feeling pressure from the demands of parenting.

The program aims to work with parents to create a family environment in which children can flourish developmentally. This is achieved by providing a supportive group environment in which parents can share their experiences as a parent and discuss different approaches to managing children’s behaviour, parental stress, and the family climate. The program provides an opportunity to set individual goals and work toward making positive changes in the family.

The program is run in small groups and is open to anyone caring for a child or children aged 2-10years. The program involves eight weekly, 2-hour sessions. Both day and evening groups are currently available.
