The UQ Psychology Clinic is seeking “stressed out” adults to participate in a group program designed to help them cope with the stress in their lives. The Stress Less Group program is a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy stress management program run over six consecutive weeks, followed by an additional one month booster session. This low cost, evidence based program will be run in small groups for 2 hour sessions on a weekday evening commencing in late July.
