Five week, low-fee program assists participants in developing coping skills and stress management techniques.
The UQ Psychology Clinic is seeking “stressed out” adults to participate in a group program designed to help them cope with the stress in their lives. The Stress Less Group program is a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy stress management program run over five consecutive weeks, followed by an additional booster session. This low cost, evidence based program will be run in small groups for 2 hour sessions on a weekday evening commencing in October.
