Join us for a day with community, clinical and academic experts who will offer their experiences and insight about extending independent living, managing your finances in the "new normal" post GFC environment, keeping your brain healthy and active, and a wide range of other topics to enhance social, mental and functional health and well-being.

The symposium offers a unique and special opportunity for older adults and care givers for the older adult to interact with health professionals, researchers in ageing and celebrity speakers on a range of topics including successful ageing, cooking and gardening.

The Positive Ageing Journey Symposium is an innovative educational event that will offer constructive advice on how to prolong independent living, social, cognitive and functional wellbeing into later life.
