Are you “STRESSED OUT”????
Has stress become overwhelming for you?
Would you like to learn some ways to manage your stress?

The Stress Less Group Program at UQ Psychology Clinic is a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) stress management program which aims to assist individuals to cope with stress.

The program costs $125 ($100 for full-time students) and will run over six consecutive weeks, followed by an additional booster session. The program is run in small groups for 2 hour sessions.

Topics include:

  • Basic education regarding stress
  • Examining the link between stress and common psychological issues
  • The role of thinking in stress and altering unhelpful thinking patterns
  • Problem solving and time management
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Tips for healthy living and taking care of yourself
