Would you like to learn some ways to manage your stress?
The Stress Less Group Program at UQ Psychology Clinic is a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) stress management program which aims to assist individuals to cope with stress.
The program costs $125 ($100 for full-time students) and will run over six consecutive weeks, followed by an additional booster session. The program is run in small groups for 2 hour sessions.
