Speaker: Associate Professor Jenny Burt
This session gives an introduction to Eprime, which presents stimuli by computer (PC, not Mac), registers participants’ manual or vocal responses, and response latencies in milliseconds. An overview is given on what Eprime does and how to write simple programs for tasks such as lexical decision, word priming, and responses to pictures and auditory stimuli.
Students should consult with their supervisor before signing up for this session to ensure that they’re using this program and not some alternative (e.g. Matlab)
