Students in Crisis: A Workshop for Psych Tutors
Start:
Friday, 1st September 2006

2-3 PM Friday, 1st September - Rooms 302-303 (Bldg 24a)
All faculty, staff & tutors are invited to participate in a discussion on handling students in crisis. A new crisis protocol will be introduced, and will be open for review and improvement. Time permitting; we hope to also discuss international students in the classroom and any resulting topics.
Professor Christina Lee has kindly offered to open the event. We greatly appreciate the participation of any interested persons.
Please RSVP! We need that to order enough pizza.
Pay: you will be paid for one-hour, regular tutor rate. That includes those on scholarship.
Pizza: vegetarian available, of course.
Alternate date: we know that some of you tutoring 2040 and 3252 have tutorials at that time. We can set up a second date for you guys, the following
week, but we'll need to coordinate on that.
