What if my travel expenses are of a greater value than allowable by the University?

In the first instance, you will need to provide a memo or letter with your General Claim Form outlining the reason why your expense is more than the allowance. The Finance Office will contact you if more information is necessary or if the claim, or the relevant part of, cannot be processed due to this.
