What's it like to be an Organisational/Corporate
Psychologist?

Jasmine Rijnbout is a corporate psychologist who consults to both public and private organisations in the area of organisational health and effectiveness. She has particular interest and experience in leadership development and coaching, team facilitation, work-life balance and stress management, and employee assistance services. Jasmine also completed her PhD at the University of Queensland focusing on the effects of dissent in organisational decision-making, both in terms of improving staff wellbeing and organisational outcomes.

In this session Jasmine will talk about what it is like to be an organisational psychologist, including education, training, and day-to-day work. If you are interested in hearing about the life of an organisational psychologist, come along to this session!
