How to survive 4th year

4th year psychology is a journey of  learning, research and considering what your future in the field of psychology may look like. This session is aimed at providing information, insight and strategies to successfully navigate the academic and personal hurdles on the road to 4th year success.  Topics to be covered include setting goals for the year, obstacles to success, supporting resilience, taking care of your brain and utilising strengths. A Q and A session will conclude this session.
