Honours Conference 2014

Honours Conference 2014
Location:
McElwain & Social Sciences Buildings
Start:
8:30am Saturday, 20th September 2014
Finish:
4:30pm Saturday, 20th September 2014

Join this year's honours students to find out about research being conducted by students in the School of Psychology!

Students will be presenting on topics covering all areas of psychological research, including biological, clinical, cognition, developmental, organisational and social.

Students in their honours year are required to present for 10-15 minutes with 5 minutes of questions on their thesis topic and the work they have completed so far. All are welcome to attend - come and join us for one talk, or stay all day. Sessions will be chaired by supervisors and postgraduate students. This conference gives undergraduate students the chance to hear about current research and gives third years the opportunity to see what they'll be doing in their fourth year. It also gives the honours students hands-on, practical experience in presenting their work to a large audience.

Students from all year levels are welcome to attend.
