4PM FRIDAY 24TH MARCH Room 306
Tales from the trenches: Clinical psychology in the public sector
The PSA will begin its 2006 Seminar series with a presentation by Sally Plever, a clinical psychologist, Team Leader for the Brisbane North Early Intervention Projects, and Principal Project Officer for the Mental Health Collaborative, Queensland Health. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from UQ. Sally has worked across community, in-patient and forensic services in adult mental health in both a clinical and project capacity. At the seminar Sally will talk about her experiences as a clinical psychologist and researcher in the public sector and answer any questions.
PSA Seminars are informal events held at 4pm on Friday afternoons in room 306 of the Psychology Building (McElwain, 24A). Everyone is invited to attend and 'pick Sally's brains'.
